I'm an Assistant Professor at the Dynamic Modeling Lab of the Methods & Statistics department at Utrecht University.
My main research interests are dynamics, idiographic and multilevel modeling, measurement & measurement theory, Bayesian statistics, and scientific integrity, all particularly in the context of psychology. For more info about my research projects, see the section on my research. You can find pre-prints and a copy of my dissertation on the publication page.
As a teacher I've taught courses at all university levels (bachelor, minor, academic/research master, postgraduate), with topics including: Analysing Intensive Longitudinal Data, Bayesian Statistics, Causal Inference, Introductory Methods & Statistics, Multivariate Analysis, R, SEM. If you are looking for (free, open) teaching resources on modeling intensive longitudinal data or R, give my workshops page a try.
In my personal life, I enjoy drawing, ceramics, gardening, cooking and baking, singing, video games, and hiit exercises (usually not all at the same time).
